Volume of Right Circular Cone

Total Surface Area of Cone Lateral Surface Area of Cone Volume of Cone

suppose we have a cone shape object like as below

So if we have to find like how much air this cone have we can find this by calculating the volume of cone

Volume of Cone : Π x Radius2 x (Height / 3)
or V = Π x R2 x (H / 3)

Let's try out some examples to find the volume of right circular cone

Example : 1 - Find volume of cone which has a radius of 3cm and height of 4cm
Solution : Given things are
Radius = 3cm
Height = 4cm

Volume of Cone = Π x R2 x (H / 3)
Volume of Cone = 3.142 x (3)2 x (4 / 3)
Volume of Cone = 3.142 x 9 x (1.33)
Volume of Cone = 3.142 x 9 x (1.33)
Volume of Cone = 28.278 x 1.33
Volume of Cone = 37.609cm3
