put the value of "m" from (1) and we get;

solve parenthesis and we get;
5 + o + o + 3 = 2 { o - 1 + o - 3}
2o + 8 = 2 { 2o - 4}
solve curly brackets and we get;
2o + 8 = 4o - 8
2o - 4o = - 8 - 8
-2o = -16
divide both sides by -2 and we get
o = 8
Put the values of "o" in (1), we get;
m = 2 + o = 2 + 8 = 10
