Property 1 = When we divide 0 (zero) by a Fraction, the Quotient is always 0 (zero).
Property 2 = When a Fractional Number is divided by 1, the Quotient is always equal to Fractional number.
Property 3 = When a Fractional Numbers is divided by itself, the Quotient is always 1.
