Fact - 3 (Factors)

Fact - 1 (Factors) Fact - 2 (Factors) Fact - 3 (Factors) Fact - 4 (Factors) Fact - 5 (Factors)

Fact 3 = 1 is a factor of every given number.

Following examples further explain Fact 3 of Factors

Example 1 = Discuss the Fact "1 is a factor of every given number" with help of given number 12, 27, 20.
Answer = Find factors of given number 12, 27, 20.
Factors of 12 are = 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 12.
Factors of 27 are = 1, 3, 9, 27.
Factors of 20 are = 1, 2, 4, 5, 10, 20.
All the above factors have 1 as a common factor.
And it clears the Fact that 1 is a factor of every given number.

Example 2 = Discuss the Fact "1 is a factor of every given number" with help of given number 35, 14, 19.
Answer = Find factors of given number 12, 27, 20.
Factors of 35 are = 1, 5, 7, 35
Factors of 14 are = 1, 2, 7, 14.
Factors of 19 are = 1, 19
Now, on watching the factors did you notice anything special ?
All the above factors have 1 as a common factor.
And it clears the Fact that 1 is a factor of every given number.
